Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- This role focuses on leveraging declarative tools, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Flow, to build scalable and efficient business processes without relying on
- custom code.
- The position is responsible for developing and maintaining complex Flows, including record-triggered, screen, and scheduled automations.
- The position will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and analysts to translate requirements into thoughtful, well-architected solutions that align with platform best practices.
- A key part of the role involves evaluating business needs and implementing maintainable, declarative solutions using standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules, and automation tools.
- The position will also troubleshoot and resolve system and automation issues, continuously improving performance and usability across the platform. Collaboration is essential; the position will partner with cross-functional teams on Flow design and declarative development strategies.
