The Role: Sales Representative 

As a Sales Representative, you’ll run scheduled, in-home appointments with homeowners who want painting work done. 

Your job is to: 

Build trust quickly 

Ask great questions 

Understand what the homeowner actually wants 

Present clear, honest solutions 

Follow a proven sales system (no winging it) 

You are not cold-calling or knocking random doors. 

You will have real opportunities - your performance determines how big you win.

What You’ll Be Doing 

Meet homeowners for pre-set interior and exterior painting consultations Lead professional, consultative sales conversations

Present Peach Painting’s services clearly and confidently 

Build accurate estimates and proposals using our tools 

Follow up consistently and professionally 

Keep CRM notes and pipeline updated daily 

Coordinate clean handoffs with production after the sale 

Represent Peach Painting with integrity and professionalism
