Our team goes the extra mile with more than 20,000 annual deliveries ranging from the Central Valley to Yosemite. And, on-site we process more than an additional 10,000 transactions. We keep busy around here, which is why we are growing our team.
As a Sales Representative, you will manage a hybrid sales cycle that blends strategic remote account management with targeted face-to-face engagement. You will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts while aggressively establishing new customer relationships. Your primary focus is ensuring customer needs are met through a mix of digital communication and high-impact travel.
You will play a critical role in driving sales efforts within your assigned territory, balancing daily office operations with field visits to ensure Modesto Steel remains a market leader.

Base Pay: $60,000
Commission: Uncapped commission based on gross margin of sales.
Vehicle: Vehicle stipend provided for travel periods.
