• Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 Base Salary, plus Competitive Commission Structure and Full Benefits Package

A well-established diagnostics organization focused on enhancing senior care is currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive growth for an innovative urology testing solution. This role involves collaborating with senior living and healthcare providers to deliver cutting-edge diagnostic services that optimize patient outcomes and streamline clinical decision-making processes.

The primary focus of this position is on an exclusive UTI testing platform that combines the speed of molecular testing with the accuracy of traditional culture methods, resulting in rapid results within 12 hours and unmatched precision. This groundbreaking technology has generated significant interest in the healthcare industry and is poised to revolutionize patient care and treatment timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and cultivate relationships with:
  • Urology clinics
  • Private practices
  • Urgent care centers
  • Assisted living and senior care facilities
• Drive new business acquisition and increase specimen volume
• Utilize existing industry connections in urology and diagnostics to drive growth
• Educate healthcare partners on the clinical and operational advantages of the testing platform
• Expand territory coverage and ensure ongoing client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales of urology testing or diagnostic laboratory services
• Preferred possession of an established client base and active provider relationships
• Proven track record of increasing specimen volume
• In-depth understanding of the diagnostics and lab sales landscape
• Self-motivated individual with exceptional relationship-building skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary ranging from $75,000 to $110,000 based on experience level
