Thrive PEO is partnering with Jezco Rentals to find a motivated Sales Representative to grow business across West Texas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new accounts, and creating long-term customer partnerships to keep West Texas running smoothly.

What You'll Do
Generate new business through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Visit jobsites and recommend the right solutions
Prepare quotes and track activity in CRM
Work with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Jezco Rentals provides portable restrooms, handwash stations, restroom trailers, roll-off dumpsters, temporary fencing, and holding tanks to customers across West Texas. As we like to say "one man's waste is another man's treasure".
You'll Know You're a Good Fit if You Have:
Previous sales experience (preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license
