Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Temporary Assignment (Approximately 2-3 Months)

Are you a people person who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join a well-established transportation company in Oxnard. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience with a dynamic team while covering a temporary leave of absence.

What You'll Do

• Prepare quotes, invoices, and itineraries using QuickBooks and internal software
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide professional, friendly, and prompt communication with customers
• Coordinate closely with the Operations team and drivers to ensure smooth service delivery
• Conduct outside sales visits and follow up with prospective clients
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while ensuring a positive experience
• Identify customer needs and help translate those needs into service orders
• Partner with management to deliver exceptional customer service
• Support business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities
• Represent the company throughout the local community and surrounding areas

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, customer service, account management, or inside sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong phone and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Reliable transportation for local client visits
