About the Role Sims-Lohman is growing fast—and we’re looking for a high-performing Sales Representative / Project Manager to help expand our Multi-Family Cabinetry division. In this role, you’ll drive revenue, build strategic partnerships with top builders, and oversee multi-unit cabinetry projects from initial bid to final install. What You’ll Do - Own the customer relationship as the primary partner for multi-family builders and contractors
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, preparing competitive bids, and winning new projects
- Manage multiple active projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are consistently exceeded
- Deliver accurate estimates and oversee order processing with precision and urgency
- Collaborate with vendors, installers, and internal teams to keep projects moving and profitable
- Provide proactive communication, keeping customers informed, confident, and ready for their next order
- Resolve challenges quickly, protecting margins and strengthening customer loyalty
What You’ll Bring - 3+ years of successful sales experience in multi-family or project-based cabinetry
- Blueprint reading and multi-unit kitchen/bath design expertise that helps you sell with confidence
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a talent for managing many moving parts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order-entry systems
- Countertop experience is a strong advantage
