Principal Duties and Responsibilities
· The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to aggressively build and grow a book of business through:
· High-volume outbound prospecting including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and in-person networking
· Developing and maintaining referral partner (RP) relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, loan officers, and other strategic partners
· Actively dropping into offices, attending networking events, and building a strong local presence to generate consistent referral flow
· Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business
· Building creative strategies to grow relationships (hosting events, leveraging personal network, social media engagement, etc.)
· Maintaining a daily activity cadence aligned with revenue targets and pipeline growth
· Operating with a “no excuses” mindset doing whatever it takes to bring in business and win deals
Job Summary
The team is responsible for generating new business revenue on a monthly basis and consistently exceeding individual and team sales goals. This role is built for a true hunter mentality someone who shows up every day driven, competitive, and ready to win.
This is a fully onsite, high-activity sales role where success is earned through relentless prospecting, relationship building, and consistent execution. This is not a passive or account management position this is a front-line revenue generating role focused on building a book of business from scratch.
Account Executives receive structured onboarding, licensing support, and hands-on training but long-term success is driven by work ethic, discipline, and the ability to grind through rejection and build meaningful relationships.
