This role will focus on developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across wholesale, retail, and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the floral, retail, and wholesale markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
Collaborate with internal teams on product availability, pricing, and logistics
Stay informed on market trends, seasonal demand, and customer needs
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications
Entry to intermediate level experience (0–3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Interest in floral, agriculture, or distribution industries is a plus
Compensation
Base Salary: $40,000
Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on performance
