    What You Get To Do
    Recruit, establish and maintain relationships with our independent agents and agencies in an assigned territory. This role will require you to help develop our partners and increase their sales in Medicare, health, life and ancillary products. 
    • Serve as the first line of contact for Insurance agency principals, their downline, and independent JSA agents 
    • Recruit new Insurance agent to JSA to sell our portfolio of Medicare health plans
    • Assist agents with appointment and onboarding process with carriers we represent 
    • Assess and track agent production within your territory
    • Provide novice and advanced levels of training to our insurance plans and tools
    • Ensure that existing JSA agent partners are appointed and certified to sell in your territory
    • Manage CO-OP arrangements and assessing the sales activities 
    • Provide exceptional support for high volume producers
    • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with agents to drive business
    • Proactively resolve contract, commission, enrollment, and general service issue that arise
    • Network and business planning with referral sources in the senior market
    • Tracking and reporting the productivity of our partners in your territory
    • Represents JSA at industry events 
    • Travel required - This role may require up to 50% travel in the assigned territory.
    • Performs other tasks as assigned

    Physical Job Requirements & Work Environment
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours in an office environment. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Involves frequent telephone contact with agents and employees. Interaction with others is constant and may be interruptive or involve dealing with angry or upset people.

    The employee may occasionally lift files, paper, or office equipment weighing up to 35 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier, and other such office equipment as necessary. Vision must be correctable to 20/30 and hearing must be in the normal range for telephone contacts. It is necessary to view and type on computer screens for long periods and the ability to optimally communicate is required.
