POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Sales Representative to assist disabled veterans in navigating the VA disability claims process. This role focuses on high-volume inbound and outbound calls, eligibility verification, scheduling, and providing empathetic, solution-focused support.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Handle inbound and outbound calls with disabled veterans *Verify eligibility, collect documentation, and schedule appointments across time zones *Educate veterans on available resources and VA disability claim support *Provide empathetic guidance and answer questions about the claims process *Maintain accurate records in CRM systems *Collaborate with internal experts to ensure personalized veteran support *Stay up to date on VA policy changes and communicate relevant updates *Meet performance goals, including generating 15 qualified leads weekly
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Passion for supporting disabled veterans and making a meaningful impact *Experience in sales, customer service, or high-volume call environments preferred *Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to build rapport quickly *Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability *Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting *Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required *Knowledge of VA benefits/claims process is a plus, not required
