Job Title: Technical Sales Representative - Industrial & Environmental Services

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue growth. You will sell specialized industrial, refinery, and environmental services. Your focus will be downstream oil and gas, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Leads: Source new business opportunities within refineries and petrochemical plants.
  • Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with plant managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Manage Sales Cycle: Handle the entire pipeline from cold calling to closing deals.
  • Conduct Site Walks: Visit client facilities to assess project scopes and technical requirements.
  • Develop Proposals: Collaboratively design technical solutions and commercial estimates for clients.
  • Meet Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and profit goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of industrial service sales experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of refinery operations and environmental regulations.
  • Network: Existing contact base within regional petrochemical or industrial facilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Environmental Science preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to client sites and industrial hubs.
  • Safety: Valid driver's license and clean record to obtain TWIC credentials.
