• Build and maintain relationships with customers to support recurring and new sales.
• Identify customer food packaging needs and recommend suitable products.
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through order confirmation.
• Prepare clear product information and pricing details for customers.
• Follow up with prospects and current customers to develop sales opportunities.
• Track customer conversations, sales activity, and open opportunities.
• Work with internal teams to address customer questions and order needs.
• Meet sales goals while delivering responsive service to food packaging customers.
