Compensation based on experience: $40,000-$50,000 base + commission
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative who thrives on building new business, developing strong customer partnerships, and delivering solutions that create long-term value. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in a fast-paced sales environment, and motivated by both relationship-building and results.
Develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory through prospecting, networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within current accounts
Sell material handling solutions and services to both prospective and existing customers by understanding operational needs and recommending tailored solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and key decision-makers by providing product knowledge, consultative support, and responsive service
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations to showcase solutions and support the sales process
Prepare accurate, competitive quotations using internal quote systems while coordinating with internal teams to secure approvals and ensure timely delivery
Present professional business proposals and executive-level presentations to customers and stakeholders
Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales cycle to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, service, and leadership teams to support customer needs and successful project execution
Track sales activity, pipeline updates, and customer interactions while maintaining organized account and opportunity records
All other responsibilities/duties as assigned
2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience or knowledge within material handling, industrial warehousing, or industrial equipment industries is a plus
Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop new business, and close sales opportunities
Ability to build credibility and maintain relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory
