What Youll Actually Be Doing:

Youll find and build relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are genuinely one-of-a-kind, so a big part of the fun is educating people on what we do and earning their trust along the way.

Out in the Field (the fun part):

• Connecting with 10-15 contacts a day
• A mix of on-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups
• Getting to know all kinds of industries - Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, and more

Building Real Relationships:

• Showing customers what Surface Experts can (and cant) do
• Checking in on how happy they are and spotting ways to do even better
• Earning trust by genuinely serving people
• Brainstorming and chasing down new opportunities

Running the Playbook:

• Learning our sales scripts and sharpening them through role-play
• Tracking every client in our CRM from first lead to Work Order
• Keeping your data accurate day to day, week to week
• Planning and owning the sales strategy for your territory

What You Bring:

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
