Position Title: Sales Representative
Location: Indy North, IN (Carmel / West & North Indianapolis Territory)
Compensation: $75,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission ($140,000 – $190,000+ OTE)
Travel: High local travel (80%+ within assigned regional territory)

Key Responsibilities - Drive revenue by conducting 8 to 12 residential and commercial project estimates per week throughout the northern territory.
- Perform targeted business development, networking, and strategic cold walk-ins to self-generate 15%–30% of your estimate pipeline.
- Build long-term commercial relationships within key target verticals, including senior living communities, educational facilities, healthcare centers, and property management groups.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking, estimate detailed scopes of work, and submit weekly sales forecasting using the company CRM.
- Collaborate closely with operations and project management teams to conduct smooth job handoffs and ensure accurate project profitability.
- Participate in weekly sales alignment meetings, operational reviews, and regular 1-on-1 performance coaching sessions.
Qualifications (Must-Haves) - 2–3+ years of proven, frontline B2B or B2C sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent demonstrated history of high-volume sales achievement.
- Strong self-motivation, excellent schedule management, and comfortable working independently in a mobile/field environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for driving the company vehicle).
- Deep familiarity or willingness to get involved in the local Indy North community (Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Zionsville, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) - 5+ years of combined experience spanning both sales and project management in construction or building trades.
- Existing relationship networks within commercial property management, general contracting, senior living, or local school districts.
- Background in estimating software and CRM sales pipeline workflows.
Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: $75,000 per year (paid bi-weekly)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: $140,000 – $190,000+ total compensation. Commissions are paid monthly at 3.5% per job upon project completion and client payment.
