The Opportunity We are hiring high-energy B2B Sales Representatives to drive growth for our client, a profitable online ordering and delivery platform built specifically for independent restaurants. This is a fast-paced, field-driven sales role where success comes from daily face-to-face conversations with restaurant owners and operators. You will be working assigned zip codes and targeted restaurant lists, meeting directly with owners and operators to help them eliminate excessive third-party commissions and improve profitability.
What You Will Do
Execute daily field visits to targeted independent restaurants and small restaurant groups Conduct face-to-face business conversations with owners and operators Present Client's commission-free ordering and delivery platform Handle objections around cost, contracts, and technology Close new accounts Maintain pipeline discipline and CRM reporting Represent Client professionally and build their brand in the market
What Success Looks Like
Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets Strong daily activity and disciplined territory execution Clear documentation of all sales activities taken on each account in CRM Confident owner-level conversations. This is a hunter role.
What We're Looking For
1-5 years B2B sales experience Significant experience in the restaurant industry Field sales or route-based sales background preferred Ability to work closely with sales CRM and other sales tools Experience selling to small business owners strongly preferred Comfortable walking into businesses and initiating conversations Resilient, competitive, and coachable Strong communication skills Comfortable working under performance expectations

Restaurant technology Beverage or food distribution Merchant services POS systems Telecom / business internet
Market Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
