Position Overview
We are seeking In-Home Sales Representatives to manage both storm restoration and retail sales opportunities. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll meet homeowners, assess their needs, and guide them through the best solutions for their property.
This role is ideal for individuals who:
Have experience in in-home or high-ticket sales

Can confidently handle insurance (storm) and retail sales processes
What You'll Do
Run pre-set appointments and self-generated leads with homeowners
Conduct home and roof inspections to identify storm damage or retail needs
Educate customers on:
Roofing and exterior solutions
Insurance restoration process (storm-related claims)
Present tailored solutions and close contracts in-home
Manage the full sales cycle:
Inspection Estimate Presentation Close
Build trust through a consultative, customer-first approach
Maintain pipeline, follow-ups, and consistent production goals
Compensation & Earnings
Uncapped commission structure
W2 or 1099 Employment Options Available
High-ticket projects = strong per-sale earnings
Typical earnings: $100K – $250K+ annually

What We're Looking For
Experience in:
Roofing, construction, or home improvement sales (preferred)
In-home sales or high-ticket closing environments
Strong communication and closing skills
Ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly
Knowledge of or willingness to learn insurance restoration processes
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
Storm & Retail Focus
Storm (Insurance-Based Sales):
Identify storm-related damage
Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
Work alongside adjusters when needed
Retail (Out-of-Pocket Sales):
Provide estimates for homeowners not going through insurance
Present premium solutions and financing options
Close direct-to-consumer projects
