Use CRM and basic computer tools to follow up with leads, set appointments, and stay organized.
Work with the management team to structure deals, complete paperwork, and ensure a smooth delivery process.
Follow up with customers after the sale to build long-term relationships and repeat/referral business.
High energy, driven personality, and a competitive mindset.
Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.
Basic computer skills (email, web, typing, simple software/CRM).
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow a proven sales process.
No prior automotive experience required – retail, hospitality, service industry, or call center background is a plus.
