SALES PROFESSIONAL, OHIO VALLEY TEAM

ARDEX is immediately hiring for a SALES PROFESSIONAL, with experience of flooring or tilinginstallation systems, and a customer-first, solution-driven mindset.

Preferred home base location: INDIANAPOLIS or CINCINNATI

Schedule: Daily territory travel with some overnight. Territory includes Indianapolis, Michigan, Kentucky and Western Ohio

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory
• Generate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with flooring and tiling distributors, contractors, and architects
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions
• Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer service

• 5+ years of outside sales experience
• Knowledge of flooring or tiling installation systems
• Technical proficiency in specs and design
• High energy, customer-first mindset
• Strong presentation and hands-on skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout territory
• Mechanical aptitude for physically demanding fieldwork
• Ability to lift to 70 pounds occasionally and carry up to 55 pounds

Education

• Four (4) year college degree is preferred, or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant industry work experience.
