Position Title: Sales Merchandiser

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Position Description:

Join a dynamic team as a Sales Merchandiser, responsible for servicing multiple retail accounts in the Jacksonville area. This on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with store personnel, ensuring product displays, stock replenishment, and excellent customer service. You'll contribute to brand presence through merchandising, stocking, and POS maintenance while supporting sales efforts and building strong client relationships. Be active and engaged in a fast-paced environment, traveling daily within your territory to ensure store shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel within assigned route to service 4-10 retail accounts daily, assisting with stock backloads and deliveries.
  • Support sales reps in stocking beverage cases, handling products, and setting up displays.
  • Maintain the back-stock area for safety and efficiency, ensuring accurate inventory organization.
  • Build and maintain in-store displays and manage POS marketing materials.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to retail partners and communicate effectively with store personnel.
  • Rotate stock, fill cold boxes and shelves, and ensure proper product placement.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating ladders regularly.
  • Accurately record work hours, complying with labor laws, and manage daily tasks independently.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and sales teams to meet objectives and maintain company standards.
  • Demonstrate and uphold the company's core values consistently.

Top Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, auto insurance, and a clean DMV record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, standing, walking, stooping, and reaching daily.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 21+ years of age.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in grocery, retail, or merchandising roles.
  • Knowledge of industry products and retail environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision under tight deadlines.
