Job Summary: We are currently seeking a sharp and ambitious team member to run our inside sales department and take our multi-million dollar regional sales business to the next level. You will oversee and work with our team of Account Executives on our award-winning magazine and digital brands that reach a combined 140,000+ businesses in the U.S. each month. These brands are market leaders, and we intend to keep it that way by continuing to grow our sales with your help.
Essential Job Function:
Develop an understanding of the aspirations and competitive advantages of FenderBender and Ratchet+Wrench's superior products and advertising programs
Effectively supervise the regional sales division of the company to produce a well run, organized team to achieve the revenue goals of the department
Develop new clients
Identify, develop and close sales opportunities
Develop new advertising programs to drive sales
Develop and oversee client marketing and communications tactics
Manage exhibitor logistics and presence at industry events as necessary
Develop and execute client-facing sales presentations and materials
Execute monthly sales team meetings
Execute monthly one-on-one meetings with individual sales team members
Schedule and plan monthly sales team training/coaching sessions in tandem with third-party sales trainer
Assess and analyze sales team activity and call reports to enforce achievement of daily and monthly sales KPI expectations
Directly engage with clients through outbound phone calls and emails
Assist sales team with proposal development, execution, and presentation

Qualifications:
We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
If you are hired for this position at EndeavorB2B, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years' experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors \u2013 we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
