Sales Manager

Niche software and services company is seeking an inside sales manager to run day-to-day sales operations for an established team of reps.  Team is established and tenured.  Candidates must have a current proven track record in sales leadership driving quota achievement and ability to motivate teams and bring new ideas to the organization. Candidate must be commutable to the office in Montgomery County, MD, as the role is hybrid (3 days in office after an initial training period of every day in office). They offer a base salary of $100K - $180K with an OTE of $200K - $300K in the first year. Industry leader with full benefits and great culture!
