We are a family-owned dealership group that has served Rochester and Southeast Minnesota since 1979, operating out of a brand-new state-of-the-art Kia facility with aggressive growth plans and strong marketing support.

What You’ll Do

  • Help lead and motivate the sales team

  • Work directly with customers and sales consultants

  • Assist in structuring and managing deals

  • Drive showroom activity and sales performance

  • Help coach and develop newer sales staff

  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the process

  • Follow up with leads, appointments, and sold customers

  • Support a strong, positive, competitive culture

  • Help continue building one of the top Kia operations in the Midwest

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Automotive sales experience required

  • Proven track record of performance

  • Strong work ethic and competitive drive

  • Positive attitude and leadership mentality

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Desire to grow professionally and financially

  • Team-first mentality

  • Valid driver’s license
