Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage sales within a high-end treatment and wellness environment. This role focuses on selling packages and treatments, maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring clients have an exceptional experience that encourages repeat visits. High-performing Sales Managers can achieve significant earnings through per-sale commissions.
Responsibilities:
Sell treatment packages and services to clients.
Collaborate with estheticians and nurses for pre- and post-treatment consultations to enhance sales opportunities.
Lead and motivate a sales team to consistently meet and exceed daily targets.
Ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat bookings and long-term loyalty.
Manage provided client leads; no walk-ins or cold calls required.
Optional: Travel to support other locations with company-covered expenses.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or luxury services.
Strong communication, team leadership, and client service skills.
