Responsibilities

Make an impact

We are seeking an ambitious, driven and experienced Sales Manager to play a key role in our Sales team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the Spanish intralogistics market, driving sales activities and growing business with both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, supporting and developing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through to tender negotiations and contract award. Our head office in Spain is based in Barcelona; however, this position can be performed remotely within Spain, with travel to the office and customer sites as required. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of delivering complex engineering or technology solutions. Experience in warehouse logistics systems / intralogistics and automated material handling solutions is preferred. You are a natural communicator with a strong customer focus, strong commercial skills and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. You have a passion for logistics, automation and building long-term customer relationships. Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this position is based on Convenio Colectivo del Metal de Barcelona and company policy. The annual gross total target cash salary range is EUR 75.000 - 80.000. Final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills, role scope, location, internal equity and applicable pay policy/collective agreement provisions. A Short-Term Incentive (STI) is included as part of the Total Target Cash (TTC), with a target of 10% of annual base salary. Benefits are provided in accordance with the Convenio Colectivo del Metal de Barcelona and company policy. This position includes a company car.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a solid background in technical sales; experience in intralogistics and a proven track record of success are preferred
• Good experience and knowledge of logistics, sales and business development
• Experience in managing complex sales project
• Experience in analysing customer needs and developing commercial and technical solutions
• Strong negotiation skills and a good understanding of contract
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objective
• Ability to work efficiently and deliver results under pressure
• Strong communication skills, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
• Trustworthy, customer-focused and skilled at building long-term relationship
• High level of integrity, accountability and professionalism.
• Flexible, well-organised and comfortable working independently.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
