Sales Manager

• Initial Phase: Paid operational and systems training to master our sales frameworks, scorecard tracking, and performance software.
  
• In-Role Probation: You enter the field role full-time. This is your probation period to prove you can take the reins, lead the team, and move the revenue needle.
  
• Graduation: Upon successful graduation from probation, your compensation shifts to our high-performance structure — a base salary plus an aggressive, cascading tiered percentage of gross sales. The more your team sells, the higher your percentage becomes.
  

• The Sales Scoreboard: Take absolute ownership of the gross sales revenue for the company. Track conversion rates, average tickets, and closing percentages daily.
  
• Direct Performance Management: Spend your days on the floor and in the field — coaching, ride-along mentoring, and driving your sales reps and comfort advisors to crush their targets.
  
• Zero-Entitlement Accountability: Build a high-performance, competitive culture. Coach under performers up instantly or cleanly transition them out. We reward execution, not tenure.
  

• You need a high guaranteed long-term base salary to feel safe.
  
• You want an office job where you just look at reports. You must be on the floor and in the field driving deals.
  
• You are afraid of direct, high-stakes accountability or hitting aggressive monthly targets.
  

• Proven track record driving revenue and managing a team to hit aggressive targets
  
• Strong understanding of in-home sales
  
• Exceptional communication and coaching skills
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
  
• Local to Brevard or Indian River County
  
• Someone who leads from the front, not from behind a desk
