The Sales Manager has total Sales Team responsibility. You will manage and lead a team of 8-20, helping them reach their full potential and meet quarterly and yearly goals; eventually furthering Storm Guard’s commitment to double in size. This role is ideal for someone who is a proven leader, motivated and excited about consultative sales processes. 
You'll play a critical role in creating and improving sales systems, growing the business in newer markets, creating an engaging sales team, and providing a gold standard in customer service. You can expect to grow professionally and financially in this high-reward role.
 
 
Responsibilities

• Lead, train and manage a sales team
• Improve sales systems to increase overall leads and closing rates
• Form part of the Leadership team and overall company strategy

Requirements

• Experience coaching, mentoring or managing teams
• A proven sales track record
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with smartphones, PM sofware, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable climbing on ladders and working outdoors

Schedule
Day shift Monday through Friday.
