Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand relationships within assigned strategic accounts
Lead and execute account strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts
Monitor market trends and communicate insights internally
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and priorities are met
Track and analyze customer performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Manage customer-specific inventory and forecasting
Forecast revenue, margins, and inventory requirements on a regular basis
Travel up to 50% as needed within the assigned region
Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred
5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or marketing
Experience working cross-functionally within an organization
Background in metals, manufacturing, or energy-related industries preferred
Demonstrated success in growing accounts and driving revenue
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with business systems and software tools
