We are looking for a Sales Manager who will support in revenue growth for the company. You will coordinate with R&D, Product Development, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Management, and Corporate Executives.
 

Core Functions: 
 

  • Support sales activities in the US.
  • Respond to general inquiry emails and PR generated leads. Follow up as necessary. 
  • Provide customer quotes, product information, and documentation as requested. 
  • Document and track sales activities using CR,  Hubspot. 
  • Generate target lists and proactively seek out and identify key contacts. 
  • Help in generating meaningful competitor data and product comparisons. 
  • Assist with customer forecasting. 
  • Manage small accounts as assigned by management. 
  • Travel, meet, and represent the company as a part of a team.
  • Assist in packing of sales brochures and supplies needed at tradeshows.
  • Attend sales related meetings at tradeshows. 

Knowledge, Skill, and Experience:

1.  Minimum Education required: 

BS Science or related college degree
 

2.  Minimum Experience required:

1-2 years in experience with ingredients, branded ingredients and/or in a CMO working environment. 

 Skills Required:

 

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Programs and using internet.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software.
  • Some familiarity with target accounts and/or CMOs.
  • Ability and desire to travel as much as needed.
  • Ability to build a rapport with clients. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well alone or as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and build knowledge.
  • Efficient, organized and focused in work.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Ability to maintain strict level of confidentiality.
  • A willing and can-do attitude
