Overview:

We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to grow our Property & Casualty business throughout Northern California. In this highly visible role, you'll identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with prospective clients, and expand existing client partnerships.

Our sales process is consultative and relationship-focused, requiring someone who excels at earning trust, understanding client needs, and developing long-term business relationships. Whether your background is in sales, account management, or client service within the insurance industry, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact while growing your career.

This is a remote position based out of Northern California.

How you'll make an impact:

Build and grow trusted relationships with clients and prospects, serving as their primary insurance advisor and strategic partner.
Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts, helping clients understand coverage options, renewal strategies, and risk management solutions.
Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships by proactively recommending enhancements and solutions that address evolving business needs.
Deliver exceptional client service by ensuring a responsive, accurate, and seamless experience throughout the client lifecycle.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover needs, present tailored solutions, and help clients make informed decisions about their insurance programs.
Maintain a strong presence within your territory through regular client meetings, networking, and ongoing relationship-building.
Analyze client objectives, exposures, and insurance programs to develop customized recommendations that align with their goals and budgets.
Collaborate with carrier and internal partners to secure competitive coverage options and deliver value-driven solutions.
Leverage market insights and industry trends to help clients navigate changing business and economic environments.
Stay current on industry developments and licensing requirements, continuously enhancing your expertise and consultative value.
Develop a deep understanding of your territory and target market, allowing you to cultivate new opportunities and strengthen your local presence.

About you:

Insurance industry experience required
Background in account management, customer service, client relations, or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
