Sales Executive

Location: Atlanta, GA

LHH Recruitment Solutions, part of The Adecco Group, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing Atlanta team. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping organizations solve their hiring and workforce challenges through staffing and recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, market research, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.
• Meet with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and business objectives.
• Present staffing and recruitment solutions tailored to each client's needs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Share market intelligence and client feedback to support recruiting and business development efforts.
• Represent LHH professionally in the marketplace and at networking events.
• Promote LHH's full portfolio of staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruiting, HR services, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Staffing industry experience preferred.

Compensation is based on experience, education, skills, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for incentive compensation under the applicable commission plan.

Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
