The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for translating product and go-to-market strategy into the knowledge, skills, and confidence sellers need to execute effectively in market. This role partners closely with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Learning & Development to build seller readiness across Cengage's portfolio and offerings.
Through targeted enablement programs, certifications, resources, practice, and reinforcement, the Sales Enablement Manager helps sellers understand our products, connect capabilities to customer needs, articulate differentiated value, and confidently demonstrate solutions throughout the sales process. PRODUCT & SOLUTION READINESS - Translate product and go-to-market strategy into sales capability by partnering with Product POMs, Marketing, and Sales to turn product priorities, launches, and evolving capabilities into the knowledge and skills sellers need to execute in market.
Skills you will need here:
REQUIRED - bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company's discretionary incentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.
