Job Summary
Sales Leadership
Drive end-to-end sales processes, including pipeline creation, deal closure, and revenue growth for IT services across enterprise accounts.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong CXO/VP-level relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
GTM Strategy
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting USA business (NN & EE segments), collaborating with marketing, delivery, and presales teams.
Account Growth
Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand services within existing accounts.
Collaboration
Partner with Delivery, Solution Architects, and Practice Leads to align client needs with organizational capabilities.
Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and business reports for executive management.
