About the Role
Are you a tactical sales leader who excels at developing people, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering results? Jendco Safety Supply is looking for a Director of Sales to drive execution, accelerate revenue growth, and build a high-performing, accountable sales culture.
This role leads inside and outside sales operations with a focus on performance, customer growth, team leadership, and operational execution. The Director of Sales will coach and develop the sales team, improve processes, strengthen communication, and drive accountability across the department while partnering cross-functionally to support company goals.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven leader who can analyze performance trends, identify growth opportunities, create structure, and lead teams to consistent results. Strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to lead from the front are essential to success in this role.
