Summary:
We are looking for an Insurance Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, create insurance quotes, close new business, and cross-sell to existing clients. You will work with warm leads and do outbound prospecting. We offer hands-on training, mentorship, and a structured environment to help you grow into a top producer. The base pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on your experience.
Fully licensed agents earn $70K-$90K annually

Responsibilities:
Develop insurance quotes for new and existing clients
Conduct cold calling and telephone prospecting
Work warm leads and provide lead sources
Cross-sell and round accounts to increase client value
Deliver strong customer communication and follow-through
Job Requirements:
1 year of prior sales experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable with multi-line phone systems
Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent with outreach
