As an SDR, you’ll be the engine that drives our sales growth. You’ll identify opportunities, open doors with decision-makers, and create qualified meetings for our sales team

· High volume prospecting into targeted accounts through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
· Create new business opportunities for our sales team
· Engage marketing, events, creative, facilities, and retail decision-makers
· Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Reps and Account Executives
· Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities
· Consistently exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline generation goals
· Learn consultative selling techniques and industry best practices
· Become an expert in visual branding, experiential marketing, large-format printing, and custom fabrication solutions
· Relentlessly competitive and goal-oriented
· Comfortable making outbound calls every day
· Resilient and able to push through rejection
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
· Coachable and eager to improve
· Excellent communicator who can build rapport quickly
· Hungry for career advancement and higher earnings
· 1+ years of SDR, inside sales, outbound sales, or customer-facing experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Experience working toward activity and performance goals
· Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously
· Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
· Experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lead411, Sales Navigator, or similar lead generation tools
· Experience selling B2B products or services
· Experience in printing, marketing, events, advertising, or creative services
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
