As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a vital role in amplifying our reach and driving new business through strategic prospecting and relationship-building. Top performers in this role have the opportunity to advance into account management.
What You'll Do
You'll serve as the voice and outreach engine. This isn't a generic outreach role—we're looking for someone who can build community, craft high-quality posts, and open doors to strategic accounts.
Prospecting & Messaging: Direct message leads with genuine, personalized outreach to identify new opportunities and qualify leads.
Meeting Booking: Set up calls with decision-makers from target accounts for the CEO or sales team.
Industry Research: Identify trends, high-value companies, and new contact strategies for outbound efforts.
CRM Tracking: Keep a clear log of outreach, responses, and next steps to inform strategy and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or LinkedIn-based outreach
A track record of success in, or a strong understanding of, software-as-a-service sales
Experience writing or engaging on LinkedIn in a B2B SaaS context (samples welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you can write a cold email that gets a reply and hold your own on a call with a VP
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator basic CRM systems.
Comfortable with occasional travel to industry conferences (2–3 per year)
Bonus points for prior experience in the mortgage origination process, whether as a real estate agent, loan originator, or in a position at a lending institution.
