We're expanding our Charleston team and looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Development Representative to turn qualified warm leads into closed business across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries. This isn't cold-start prospecting from zero — you'll be working leads that are already in motion, running the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed deal, and building real relationships along the way.

We're expanding our Charleston team and looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Development Representative to turn qualified warm leads into closed business across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries.

This isn't cold-start prospecting from zero — you'll be working leads that are already in motion, running the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed deal, and building real relationships along the way.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle: navigate past gatekeepers, identify decision-makers, qualify opportunities, handle objections, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close
• Run a high volume of outbound calls with a consultative, persuasive selling style
• Deliver virtual product/service demonstrations with confidence
• Sell the value of our clients' offerings to executive-level decision-makers, even under quota pressure
• Juggle multiple active deals and sales situations at once without dropping the ball

What You Bring

• Proven B2B sales experience, including cold calling
• Comfort and confidence running virtual demos
• A track record of hitting quotas in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• An ambitious, positive, organized, and strategic mindset — you listen well and think on your feet
