The Sales Development Representative Role:
In this role you'll be working with our clinical team to nurture incoming leads and to schedule appointments, field questions, follow up on inquiries, send out information packages, and assist in maintaining the company client database. The primary outcome of your role is to secure qualified clients who sit for appointments each month.
This position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Your Responsibilities in This Role:
- Follow up on leads that have come in for a Discovery Call or Discovery Visit using our lead follow-up process to qualify them, classify their interest, and route them to the right next step. Update their information in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and schedule appointments where appropriate.
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day to follow up on marketing campaigns we've sent out to prospects and to call on leads waiting to schedule an appointment.
- Call and confirm appointments to reduce no-shows.
- Assist in rescheduling clients who request to reschedule, cancel, or who no-show for their Discovery Calls or Discovery Visits.
- Update all records in the CRM with complete information, including conversation notes, email history, and lead status. We run multiple offers and campaigns at once, requiring knowledge of each and adherence to its process.
- Use our database and online platforms to surface prospects and set Discovery Calls.
- Grow in personal and professional development of sales strategy, technique, scripts, and client engagement.
- Be a careful understudy of the clinical and marketing team and learn all service offerings, price points, and promotions so you can help move clients toward care.
Skills This Position Requires:
- Extreme attention to detail and being highly organized. In this role, keeping every field in our CRM updated is critical to flow and process.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience a plus) and navigate digital software confidently.
Other Requirements:
- At least one year's experience in a successful inside sales position, preferably setting appointments in a business-to-consumer environment.
- Extremely detail-oriented and appreciates an organized, systematic approach to achieving success.
