Sales Development Representative - Healthcare SaaS & Consulting
Location Irving, Texas | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
* Base salary $68,000 - $80,000 + BOE annually plus commission
* Full-time schedule
* W2 employment

ROLE IMPACT
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) drives new business growth for healthcare SaaS (Software as a Service) and consulting solutions focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) programs, and Medicare/Medicaid initiatives. This role builds qualified pipeline by engaging healthcare organizations navigating complex reimbursement, compliance, and regulatory environments. Success is measured by qualified meetings booked, pipeline value generated, and contribution to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach including phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement
* Identify and engage target accounts such as Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and internal RCM teams
* Connect with decision-makers including Compliance Officers, CFOs, CIOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders, and Government Program Directors
* Qualify leads based on CMS-related needs including Medicare/Medicaid billing, compliance, prior authorization, risk adjustment, interoperability, and reimbursement optimization
* Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives and consulting teams while maintaining accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
* 1-3 years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, healthcare IT, or consulting services
* Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including Medicare and Medicaid programs

Core Tools & Systems
* CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
* Sales engagement tools including Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar
* Data intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Skills
* Experience selling healthcare or CMS-related solutions such as RCM, risk adjustment, quality reporting, or prior authorization solutions
* Familiarity with Medicare Advantage (Part C), Medicaid Managed Care, and value-based care models (ACO, MSSP)
* Working knowledge of CMS regulations and HIPAA compliance standards
