    Summary 

    The Hotel Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations for group bookings and events. This position combines customer service, administrative support, and event coordination to help drive revenue and increase guest satisfaction. 

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

    • Sales & Client Support: Assist the sales team with proposals, contracts, presentations, and promotional materials. 

    • Group Reservations Management: Coordinate group bookings, manage rooming lists, and ensure accurate reservation details are communicated across departments. 

    • Event Coordination: Liaise with clients and internal teams to execute meetings, conferences, and special events seamlessly. 

    • Administrative Duties: Maintain sales databases, generate reports, schedule meetings, and handle internal communications. 

    • Customer Relationship Management: Respond to inquiries, maintain client relationships, and ensure a high level of service throughout the booking process. 

    • Marketing Assistance: Support marketing efforts through social media, promotional campaigns, and collateral creation.
