Description: Overview: Our client is a fence and deck company, and has been serving Central Texas for more than 30 years with local family ownership. For this role, they are looking for an organized, customer service-minded Sales Coordinator to support their residential sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role bridges sales, production, and customer service making you a vital hub of their business.
Key Responsibilities: Handling day-to-day operations in assisting residential sales team members. Processing customer payments- deposits & final invoice Open, print and prepare job packets prior to going to production. Verify accuracy of the new job packets. Assist the sales process, assist residential sales staff, and schedule install dates. Track Residential jobs through production- installation through completion. Process Line Locates through Texas811 Standard Administrative duties Responsible for document handling, file making and other clerical duties necessary to assist the Residential sales team and office staff. Answering incoming calls and transferring to appropriate employees.
