Up to $100,000+ per year

Performance-based pay structure with a starting salary guarantee.

SCHEDULE:

• Full-time - rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Dealership hours: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-8:00 PM - closed Sundays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend the right vehicle from our inventory.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives highlighting Mazda's design, technology, and performance.
• Guide customers through financing, leasing, and warranty options clearly and transparently.
• Negotiate vehicle pricing professionally and ethically while maintaining dealership profitability.
• Develop and maintain a robust customer pipeline through follow-up, referrals, and outreach.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Stay current on Mazda's model lineup, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Support inventory management by tracking vehicle availability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred - automotive or similar environment.
• Previous dealership experience highly desirable; motivated newcomers with strong sales backgrounds encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to explain clearly and listen actively.
• Confidence in sales ability with a commitment to honesty and transparency.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer database systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and the community.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays - closed Sundays.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position involves frequent movement throughout dealership facilities - indoors, outdoors, and on customer test drives across the Wilmington area. Work includes regular interaction with customers, sales management, finance, and service departments across the dealership lot and showroom.
