What You'll Do
- Help customers find the right new and pre-owned vehicles to fit their needs and budget
- Greet customers on the lot and in the showroom, build rapport, and guide them through the sales process
- Learn and present vehicle features, benefits, and available options in simple, easy-to-understand terms
- Offer and conduct test drives following dealership procedures
- Complete sales paperwork accurately and follow dealership and regulatory guidelines
- Use our CRM and follow-up systems to stay in touch with prospects and customers
- Work closely with sales managers, finance, used car, and service teams to deliver a seamless experience
- Attend regular sales and product training to continually build your skills
What We're Looking For
- No prior automotive or sales experience required - we'll train the right person
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in helping people
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Good communication skills and willingness to be coached
- Basic math skills for payments, pricing, and discounts
- Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and dealership tools
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain a state sales license (as required)
