What you'll be doingThis is a project-based opportunity centered on one of the most exciting chapters in franchise history. As a key member of the Tennessee Titans Sales team, you will play a pivotal part in the transition to the new Nissan Stadium. Through outbound prospecting, face-to-face presentations, and consultative selling, you will drive new business while guiding existing Season Ticket Members through a seamless migration experience, leaving a lasting mark on the organization and the Nashville community.
Key Responsibilities
Project-based position expected to run through its completion. Role includes retention incentives tied to finishing the projectWork with current Tennessee Titans Season Ticket Members to ensure a smooth transition over to the new Nissan StadiumBuild new prospects by self-prospecting, consistently networking and actively making sales calls to new clients in order to close new businessStrong emphasis on appointment setting, executing face-to-face sales presentations, and closing salesExecute and lead sales presentations both on site within the Titans House Preview Center and off site at prospect locations throughout the Nashville metro regionMeet or exceed certain levels of activity (calls and appointments), appointment goals, and closed sales and revenue goalsUtilize company CRM system to manage accounts, pipelines, sales process, and activityCreate, track, develop and maintain all proposals, research, contracts and follow all sales processesExceed individual & department sales goalsDue to the nature of this project, the candidate must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, and game daysCandidate should possess a positive team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the bestCandidate should possess both the personal and professional communication skills to interface with all levels of a company, both internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required. Degree in Business, Sports Administration, or related field1-2 years sales experience in the sports and entertainment industry
