RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a client in the security infrastructure and high value asset protection industry that is seeking a Sales Consultant (Client Advisory and Development) for their Doral, Florida location.

The organization maintains an established presence serving a sophisticated client base and provides tailored solutions that require precision, technical understanding, and elevated client engagement.
As Sales Consultant, you would be responsible for supporting and executing the full sales cycle alongside leadership, developing into a client facing advisor capable of managing relationships, structuring solutions, and driving revenue across complex, high value engagements.
Key Job Duties, among others:
Shadow leadership across the full sales cycle from initial client inquiry through project execution
Support proposal development, pricing analysis, and client presentations
Participate in client meetings and maintain professional, composed communication with high expectation clientele
Assist in managing active opportunities, tracking deal progression, and maintaining pipeline organization
Develop working knowledge of safe and vault systems, configurations, and customized solution design
Support translation of client requirements into structured project scope and deliverables
Maintain organized documentation across sales activities and support workflow processes within CRM systems
Ensure discretion and professionalism across all client interactions and engagements
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, client services, or client facing roles
Strong communication skills with professional presence and attention to detail
Ability to learn technical products and operate within structured sales processes
Comfortable engaging with high expectation and high value client environments
Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex solution based offerings
Preferred
Experience in luxury, high end retail, or high touch client environments
Exposure to construction, design, or technical product sales
Familiarity with CRM systems and process driven sales environments
This is a full time, on site opportunity in Doral, Florida, designed as a growth path into a revenue generating sales advisor role with direct exposure to leadership and high value client engagement.
