Key Responsibilities
- Engage with incoming showroom, phone, and digital leads using a consultative sales approach.
- Set and manage sales appointments to drive consistent showroom traffic.
- Perform detailed vehicle walkarounds and test drives, highlighting vehicle technology, performance, and features.
- Assist sales managers with trade-in vehicle appraisals and deal structuring.
- Conduct structured pre- and post-sale follow-ups to build strong customer relationships and cultivate repeat business.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven Track Record: 1–2+ years of successful automotive sales experience preferred.
- Driven & Flexible: Self-starter mindset with dedication to working Saturdays and putting in the time needed to achieve top-tier results.
- Strong Communication: Professional interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
- CRM & Technical Skills: Familiarity with dealership CRM platforms and sales workflows.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
