Neuromodulation
Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.
The Opportunity
Manages the sales organization's territory alignments. Working under general supervision and instruction, collects, analyzes, evaluates and maintains data used to report customer, product and sales organization information. Coordinates with other departments to ensure master data is timely, accurate and meets the reporting requirements of all stakeholders. Exercises judgment in planning, organizing and performing work. Assures quality of services meets internal and external customer requirements.
Serves as Lead Compensation Analyst . Working under general supervision and instruction, supports the development, implementation, execution and payment of the organization's sales compensation plans and related employee agreements. This includes calculating monthly and quarterly commission and bonus payments, preparing deposit review templates, submitting the payments to payroll via the commission administration software platform, and responding to pay inquiries from the sales reps and leaders in the field. Applies a high level of sales and financial analytical acumen. Performs moderately complex analysis and review of sales and legal requirements for the purpose of executing commission and bonus payments. Possesses and exercises strong relational database management and organizational skills.
