Sales Closing Coordinator

Employbridge is hiring a Sales Closing Coordinator!

The Closing Coordinator manages aircraft sales transactions from preparation through closing, ensuring a smooth, timely, and compliant process. This role coordinates with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, attorneys, and other stakeholders while managing documentation, deadlines, communication, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in real estate, title, escrow, or a related closing coordination role
• Knowledge of closing processes, documentation, and terminology preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transaction management software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM/document management systems, applicable state and federal regulations, or closing/escrow certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate closing activities and appointments with all parties
• Prepare, review, and distribute closing documents
• Communicate proactively and resolve questions or discrepancies
• Track deadlines and ensure contractual and regulatory requirements are met
• Maintain accurate transaction records and update internal systems
• Provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams
• Deliver a seamless, positive client experience throughout the closing process
